Asian-Sourced

We have the largest variety of Asian specialty coffee in Singapore. We ethically source our coffee from 4 countries in Asia, 6 farms, featuring 7 single-origins. We are always on a lookout to expand our variety.

Locally Roasted

We roast our coffee locally in Singapore in small batches every week because we believe in serving only the freshest coffee roasted within the week. By personally roasting our own coffees, we are also able to have greater control over the flavour profile of our coffee.

Producers

We directly import green coffee from farmers because we want to provide a sustainable and secure market for them. This is aligned with our mission to empower the people at the start of the coffee value chain, even though we are at the retail end of the chain.

Baristas

In our cafes, we hire and train our baristas from the Deaf community, persons with autism, mild intellectual disabilities, mild physical disabilities, and/or persons in-recovery from mental illnesses to brew and serve our coffee. We work closely with schools for work attachments and internships and referral agencies for employment opportunities.

Consumption

Lastly, we promote conscious consumption by encouraging our customers to bring their own cups for their coffee, thereby reducing the amount of waste we produce. This is how we strive for sustainable coffee consumption in every part of our coffee-making process.
